In meeting conflict resolution, address the issue rather than the person, rephrase problematic ideas without aggression, and shift focus from conflict to research. Ask thoughtful questions, ask open-ended questions, and request examples and comments for improvement.
  7. Module 6: Making Decisions

Decision-making module six focuses on making informed and confident decisions by considering pros and cons, cost-benefit analyses, and swot analyses. Perito analysis, based on the 8020 rule, prioritizes changes by identifying problems they will solve.
