First Aid At Work (FAW)
The First Aid at Work (FAW) Training Course is a three-day program covering various first aid topics. One day involves distance learning, and the other two are classroom sessions. This course targets people aged 16 and above who may need to provide first aid for various workplace accidents, injuries, and illnesses.
Participants learn to manage emergency situations and communicate effectively. The course benefits everyone involved, including victims, eyewitnesses, and medical personnel who respond to incidents.
Who Should Take the FAW Training Course?
Organisations that require more first aid training should take FAW. Employees with disabilities or illnesses may cause this. It suits high-risk construction, manufacturing, warehousing, and healthcare personnel.- Workers in high-risk situations

There is a main difference between Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) and First Aid at Work (FAW), and that is the amount of training that is given. The emergency first aid at work programme is for places where there is a higher risk of injury, while the first aid at work programme is for places where there is a smaller risk. Additionally, people who are required to be certified first aiders as part of their job are given thorough training through first aid at work. There are three days in the First Aid at Work course: one day of learning at home and two days of learning in person. The Emergency First Aid at Work lesson, on the other hand, lasts only one day.
The content of each course is also different. The First Aid at Work training covers more topics than the others. Dealing with a person who is unconscious, heart attacks and strokes, and spinal injuries are some of the things that are talked about. Some of the things that workers learn about in emergency first aid training are basic life support, choking, burns, and bleeds.
